REFUND POLICY

This policy explains the terms and deadlines for requesting a refund on purchases made at FREAKSIDE CO.

DEADLINES

• Right of Withdrawal (Right to cancel): Up to 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

• Manufacturing Defect: Up to 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

• Refund Processing: Up to 30 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

• No additional costs are charged for refunds.

RETURNS DUE TO CANCELLATION / CHANGE OF MIND

If you are not satisfied with the product or have changed your mind about the purchase, you may request a return within 7 calendar days after receiving the order.

To submit a request, send an email to [email protected] with:

• Full name

• Order number

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 30 calendar days, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase.

RETURNS DUE TO MANUFACTURING DEFECT

If the product has a manufacturing defect, you may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving the order.

To submit a request, send an email to [email protected] with:

• Full name

• Order number

• Description of the defect

• Photos or videos proving the issue

The returned product will be inspected within 30 days of receipt. When applicable, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the purchase, at no additional cost.

PRODUCT SHIPPING

Shipping costs for returns due to cancellation or manufacturing defects will be covered by FREAKSIDE CO through reverse logistics.

Upon request approval, you will receive a postage code via email. The product must be dropped off at a Post Office branch.

Packaging costs are not covered by FREAKSIDE CO. We recommend using the original packaging, if in good condition, or another secure box that properly protects the product during transport.
